Wanda Lake Obituary

Wanda Jean Lake, 74 passed away on December 28, 2021, after a long illness. Wanda was a lifelong resident of Hurricane, and a graduate of Hurricane High School.

Wanda enjoyed volunteering at the John Henson Senior Center and made many friends there.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Nancy Lake, three brothers, Berchel, Eddie, and Randall. She leaves behind her nephew, Darryl Keith Lake and scores of cousins.

The family would like to thank Genesis of Poplar Fork for their excellent and loving care of Wanda during her illness.

Wanda will be laid to rest at the Sycamore Cemetery with a private ceremony.
