Steven D. Bates died at home on August 2, 2020. He was born in Sistersville, WV on October 10, 1978. He was proceeded in death by grandparents Jim and Ella Anderson, Elza and Norma Bates. Father Bob Bates. Uncles Jim, Stanley, and Otis. Steve is survived by his daughter Katelyn Bates (Jordan) and soon to be grandson Levi, Son Demitrius, Sister Sherry Dotson and two nephews. Also Abby his beloved support animal. Steve was a Veteran of the US Navy. He loved his country and Steelers football.
