Robert Larry Midkiff

Robert Larry Midkiff, 84, of Milton, WV, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026.

Larry was born on May 2, 1941, to Howard and Thelma Midkiff. He was a graduate of Milton High School and served the community of Milton for many years through his vast talents; auto body, auto parts, saddle shop, wrecker service, volunteer fire department, and upholstery work. 

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janet Childers Midkiff; son, Darren Midkiff; and brother, Wayne Midkiff.

He is survived by his daughter, Dee Harner (Ed);  brother, Jack Midkiff (Avona); granddaughter Tabatha Cooper (Andy); 2 great grandchildren, Reagan and Tyson; and a wonderful group of friends for whom the family is forever grateful. 

Receiving of friends will be Saturday, January 24, at 10:00 a.m. at Allen Funeral Home, Hurricane. A private memorial service will follow at 12:00 p.m.
