Robert Lee Martin

Robert Lee Martin, 91 (Bob) of Culloden, West Virginia entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on October 26, 1929, the youngest of five sons of Lewis Furzell Martin and Gladys Myrtle Clark Martin of Culloden, West Virginia.   Robert proudly served his country as a Veteran of the Korean War.  He was stationed aboard the USS Yosemite as a Naval Boatswain Mate. He was also a member of the Teamsters Local 175 for 18 years.   
He is predeceased by his first wife, Marilyn Masse of Somerset, Massachusetts and his son Brett Lee Martin of Hurricane, West Virginia. He is survived by two children with his first wife, Robert Wayne Martin (Loretta) of Hurricane, WV and Sheryl Lynn Polen of Hurricane, WV; his former wife of 36 years Joyce Linda Rebello Martin, which have remained good friends; also survived by their two children, Tamerlyne C. Cooper (Randolph) of Charleston, South Carolina and Rhonda Lee McKinney (J.D.) of Ceredo, West Virginia; eight grandchildren, Kimberly Helper (Jason), Tiffany Cabell (Tim) Lynnsey Troubetaris (Joe), Christopher Polen, Aimee Merritt (Levi), Michael Polen (Katie), Alexandria N. Cummings (Breck) and Kaitlyn L. Horner (Robert), Bailey Charles McKinney; eight great- grandchildren, Judson Helper, Aleaha Cabell,  Myles Merritt, Kasen Merritt, Lillian Polen and Brett Lee Polen, Emry Troubetaris and Conrad Hudson Stack. 
Robert L. Martin will rest in peace at the Martin Family Cemetery in Culloden, West Virginia
