Phillip Ray Chapman

Phillip Chapman, 58, of Fraziers Bottom, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father Jacob Leo Chapman and niece Linsey Hinkle. He is survived by his Mother Eleanor Ratliff Chapman, brothers Jacob , Leo Jr ( Vickie), James, Chris, Kevin, Matthew (Katreni) Chapman all of Hurricane; sisters Diana Torman of St. Albans, Connie (Steve) Burgess of Milton, Kathy (Sal) Ketchem of South Carolina, Peggy Davis of Culloden, Terri Scharton of, Ohio, Sherry (Mark) Bradford of Ohio and Vicki (Richard) Marion of South Carolina and special love Chistine Knight Cunningham. Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 28, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home Visitation will be from 11:00 til 1 Prior to the service. Burial at Chapman Cemetery at a later date.
