Peggy Jane Bush

Peggy Jane Oxley Bush, 87, of Hurricane, WV, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, after an extended illness.  She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Etta Bird Oxley;  sister Louise McCallister and  brothers, Shelby Oxley and Larry Oxley.
Peggy was a faithful follower of Christ and a member of the Hurricane First Baptist Church where she was very active for many years especially in mission work. 
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Dwane Bush, daughter, Donna Swartz and her husband Craig of Englewood Ohio; grandchildren, Luke (Ashli), Magalie (Eric), and Rachel; great grandchildren, Kamren, Kennedi, Addie, and Eliza; step-grandchildren, Andrew (Melanie), Sheldon (Danielle), and Cassie. step -great grandchildren, Dexter, Reagan, and Akira; sister, Joyce Grass of Maine. 
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2025, at Hurricane First Baptist Church, burial will follow in Valley View Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 12 til 2 prior to the service
