Norma Cooper, our dear Mother, was carried by angels into the loving arms of our Lord Jesus Christ on November 4, 2018.
She will be remembered as a Christian who cared for others and was happy to extend a helping hand to a friend or neighbor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray E. Cooper; her mother and father, Britton D and Nona Hershman Bolyard; brothers, Raymond, Dorsie, Kenneth, Hayward and Carl Bolyard; sisters, Cora Alice Bolyard, Ethel Hershman and Elaine Law.
Surviving are her daughters, Vonda Bolyard, Marcia (James) Smith, Clara (William) Clay; sisters Edith Pysell, Karen Wiles, Shirley Tribbie, Allinda Maxon, Rebecca Hardesty, Dottie Langdon; brother Donal Bolyard; grandchildren Billy (Kaitlyn) Ratliff, Christina Ratliff, Dawn (Mark) Meadows, Amanda (Mike) Dillon, Nikki Clay, great grandchildren Harper, Adelynn, Ian, Carmen, Avery, Kinsleigh, Brancie and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at Allen Funeral Home with Rev. Ellis Conley officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Visitation will be from 6 til 8 on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Forrest Burdette United Methodist Church.
