Neal Charles Foote, 84, of Hurricane passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, in Putnam Center after a short illness.
He was born January 3, 1941, in Wisconsin to the late Charles and Doris Foote. He is survived by his wife Mary Ann Foote and 2 Sons and 8 Stepchildren.
Following his wishes there will be no services.
