Marcella Womack

Marcella Louise Womack, 88 of Hurricane passed away Friday October 18th, 2024, after a short illness.  She was a retired caregiver from Lakin State Hospital.

She was born in Rome, Ohio on February 22, 1936.  The youngest of five siblings to the late William Thomas, and Myrtle Bush Nottingham.

She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Maxwell Womack and sons Timothy R. Scarberry, William F. Womack, Gary Womack and Donald R. Womack.

Shis is survived by a daughter Lynda F. Maynard and sons Richard T. Womack and Lonnie L. Womack all of Hurricane.

Eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great, great grandson.

Funeral services for Marcella will be Wednesday October 23rd at 1:00 PM at Allen Funeral Home, viewing one hour before service.  Pastor Ralph Kernen will be officiating.  Burial will be at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville.
