Lillian B Oxley

Lillian Birtelle Oxley, 85 of Hurricane, West Virginia passed away on Sunday, January 28 in the HospiceCare of CAMC Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

She was preceded in death by her husband Archie Oxley and brother Larence Smith and parents, Lavelle and Faye Mccallister Smith.

Surviving are children: Bart and Deborah, both of Hurricane; grandchildren: Benjamin and Samantha, both of Hurricane; brothers and sisters: Bill Smith (Phyllis) and Aretta Kelley, both of Hurricane, Marilee Young and Wanda McPherson (Doug), both of Vero Beach, Florida.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 3rd at the Allen Funeral Home in Hurricane at 11:00am with Richard Mallory and Melissa Senseman Pratt. Visitation will be held at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the funeral service.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the following nurses who provided loving care to Lillian during her illness: Kim Cook Miller, Sierra Jones, Sarah Swisher, Tiffani Winter, and Jennifer Nunley.
