Lacy Morgan Jr Obituary

Lacy Morgan Jr., 78, of Culloden passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Hubbard Hospice House after a long battle with cancer.

He was preceded in death by his wife Marty Morgan and parents Lacy and Mary Morgan.

He retired in 2004 from State of WV DMV as Director of Information services.

He is survived by his Sisters Sheronda Shields of Brenton, WV, Wilma Rowe (Kenneth) of Wallingford, CT and Shirley Hatfield (Ronnie) of Brenton, WV and Brother Billy Ray Morgan (Nancy) of Bryantown, MD and several nieces and nephews.

Following his wishes no services will be held.
