Kermit Burgess

Kermit “Boogie” Lee Burgess Jr. of Culloden went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, after an extended illness.

He was a retired from Sakrete and was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church of Culloden where was involved in the missionary for bible and gospel tracks distribution for Hope of Israel.

He is survived by his wife Rosela and sons Steven (Connie) Burgess of Milton and Jeff (Judy) Burgess of Sod and grandchildren April, Eric, Aubree, and Stephen.

Funeral service will be 12:00 Friday, September 30, 2022, at Allen Funeral Home with Pastor Claude Spurlock officiating, Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 til 12 prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Missionary Baptist Church of Culloden Mission.
