On December 1, 2024 Angels were dispatched from Heaven to carry our Mother, Grandmother, Sister and friend to her Heavenly Home.

Kathy was a wonderful Christian lady and shared her love of God throughout her life. Opening many churches, singing for the Lord and inviting many into her home for prayer. If she knew you she prayed for you. She was retired from the State of WV.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents George and Lillian Brogan Williams. Siblings: Isabell Mason, Gary Williams and Billy Williams. Her youngest daughter Daytonia Hibbert and her loving husband George Risk.

Kathy is survived by her daughter Deborah Sue Mitchell (Jay),of Hurricane Gina Namay (Elliott) of Charleston. Grandchildren; Charity DeLouch (Ricky) of Richmond Hill GA, Chastity Fortson (Timmy) of Richmond Hill GA, Wendi Lucas (Shawn) of Hurricane WV, Missy Mitchell of Hurricane WV, John Runyon of Scott Depot WV and Eli Namay (Ruby) of PA; 16 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. Brothers Jack Williams and Gene Williams.

Kathy was adored by all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The last year she has been loved on and cared for by 2 of her granddaughters and their families in Richmond Hill GA. She was treated like a princess. A special thank you to Olivia Fortson, Kathy's great granddaughter for her dedicated and compassionate care of Kathy the last few months. Kathy will be missed by her partner in crime, her ganddaughter Missy.

Services will be held at 2:00p.m. Saturday, December 7th, 2024 
at Allen Funeral Home Hurricane, WV. Entombment will follow Valley View Memorial Park 
Hurricane, WV. Visitation will be from 1 til 2 prior to the service at Allen Funeral Home.

Go rest high on that mountain Kathy for your work here on earth is done. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your favorite charity.
