Joyce L (Johnson) Damron

Joyce L Damron, 48, of Hurricane went to be with the lord on January 30, 2022, after a long illness.

She was preceded in death by her parents Barry and Eliza Johnson and her granddaughter Riley Johnson.

She was a lifelong resident of Hurricane and was employed as a greeter at the Hurricane Walmart, she enjoyed buying accessories for her Mustang, spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling them, her wig collection and family road trips.

She is survived by her son Brandon and his wife Shawnna Johnson and grandson Layne Johnson of St. Albans, sister, Lisa Runion and brother, Joseph Johnson both of Hurricane, and several nieces and nephews that she adored.

Funeral service will be 2:00 Monday, February 7, 2022, at Allen Funeral Home with Elder Harold Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 til 2 prior to the service.
