Gary Lee Hall

    Gary Hall 71 of Hurricane, WV formerly of Ironton, Ohio passed away peacefully at home Monday, October 7, 2024. Gary was preceded in death by his parents James Hall and Elizabeth "Betty" Hall.

     Gary was born June 2, 1953. He was a 1973 graduate of Ironton High School. He worked at Sherwin WIlliams and later became a certified electrician with Local 317. Gary was an avid Ironton Fighting Tigers football fan and collector of pedal cars. 

     Gary is survived by his life partner of 45 years Illene Henson, two  brothers Jim Hall and Mike (Natasha) Hall. Gary also leaves behind beloved nieces, nephews, a special group of friends, and.bonus "kids".

     Visitation will be Wednesday, October 9th at Allen Funeral Home, Hurricane, WV from 6pm-8pm.

     Visitation in Ohio will be Thursday, October 10that Wallace Family Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio from 6pm-8pm.

     A private gravesite service will be held Friday October 11th at 10:30am in Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, Ohio with Pastor Larry Bailey officiating.

     In honor of a celebration of Gary's life, visitation will be informal. Visitors are ask to wear their favorite school or team t-shirt/jersey and jeans.
