Dana Quoetone, 62, of Hurricane, WV passed away November 13, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. She is survived by her son, Kellen (Kelly) Sheridan of Centennial, CO; her daughter Tawnee (Jimmy) Sheridan of New Braunfels, TX; her step daughter’s Susan Sheridan of Warrensburg MO; Donna Hodson of Grain Valley MO. her grandson Reznor Sheridan of Centennial, CO and her soon-to-be born grandson Wyatt Lamb of New Braunfels, TX; her beloved boyfriend Artie Reeves and his dear extended family of Zach (Megan) Reeves of York, PA; Montana (Todd) Bailey; Desirae (Philip) Ellis and four grandchildren, Cadian, Lilian, Donovan and Tyler of Hurricane, WV.
She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all that knew her. Born in Denver, CO in 1959, she graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1977. She worked as an accounting clerk for Gates Rubber Co. and Great-West Life Assurance among other companies over her career. She was full of unending pride for her children and stated that they were the greatest accomplishment in her life. Her life was filled with many friends and lots of laughter. She moved from Denver, CO to Hurricane, WV in 2015 to live with Artie and near his family. She had recently waged a battle against gallbladder cancer and ultimately, succumbed to complications of COVID-19. A service will be held in Colorado on a date yet to be determined. May she rest forever pain-free and her big, loving heart never be forgotten.
