Carole June Thompson Obituary
June Thompson, 83 of Winfield, WV went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 in Thomas Hospital after an extended illness. She was born September 18, 1941 to the late Doc and Elsie Young.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Larry Thompson, brothers David, Darrell and Baby Ronnie Young and sister Patty Wilcoxen.
She is survived by her daughters Debbie Chapman whom she lived with, and Sherri (Scott) Adams, Lana (Matt) Hofeldt, Grandchildren Keith (Missy) Chapman and Brad (Jessie) Chapman, Great Grandchildren Landon, Cole, Harper and Paisley. Brother C D (Joyce) Young. Special friend Wanda Thevenin.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 5th, 2025, at Allen Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Hesson officiating. Burial will follow in Lower Hodges Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 til 8 on Thursday at Allen Funeral Home.
