Brian L. Hill, 52, of Clarksville, Tennessee, formerly of Hurricane, West Virginia, passed away December 23, 2024 at home unexpectedly.
Brian was an excellent attorney specializing in bankruptcy. He took pride in his work and was well known for helping those in need.
Born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on June 21, 1972, he eventually moved to Hurricane and graduated from Hurricane High School. He went to West Virginia State University and then on to Appalachian School of Law. He was loved by many people including is family, friends, and clients and was a free and fun loving spirit and always ready to tell a joke. Brian loved life and always ready for an adventure. His love of scuba diving, he eventually became a master scuba diver. Recently he went to Oxford University in England with his father to attend a law seminar and enjoyed his side trip to Ireland.
Surviving are his wife, Nicole in Clarksville, Tennessee, his children, Aubrey Hill from New York City, and Logan Hill of Dunbar, West Virginia and his parents, mother Carol Cato of Raleigh, North Carolina, his father, David L. Hill and step-mother, Pamela Hill of Hurricane, West Virginia, his sister, Martha Hill also of Raleigh, North Carolina, step-brothers, Christopher and Nicholas Haddad, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He is preceded by his brother, David L. Hill, Jr., paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Thelma Hill, and by his maternal grandparents, George and Barbara Cato.
A memorial service will be held at Allen Funeral Home, Hurricane, West Virginia on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
