Amanda Dawn Smith, 43, of Culloden passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 after complications from surgery. She was preceded in death by her son Brandon Smith and father David Luther. She is survived by her husband David Smith of Culloden, sons David Andrew Jeffers of St. Albans, Brian Austin Jeffers of Chesapeake OH, Jesse Allen Meadows of Culloden, Mother Joan (Rodney) Hathaway of Hurricane, Brother David Luther of Milton and Andrew Luther Barboursville, and half sister Loretta Haab of Cleveland OH. Funeral services are pending at this time.
