Willard Ray Sovine

Willard Ray Sovine, 79, of Hurricane went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 2, 2017. He was the Pastor of Valley View Church and a retired Lineman, Ray was preceded in death by his parents McKinley Sovine and Cora Sovine Martin, sisters Ora Wyant, Elsie Young, May Kinnard, brothers Roy Sovine and Richard Sovine. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Pansy Jane Carnes Sovine and children Kathy Roberts (Gene), Tammy Sovine (Robbie Reed), and Earl Sovine (Brenda) all of Hurricane. Grandchildren Breanna Roberts, Jessie Helmick (Nick), Christopher Reed, Hope Reed and Mallori Reed. Great grandchildren Sara, Rachael and Vinny Helmick, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home with Br. Truman Davis officiating, Burial will follow in Valley View Memorial Park. Visitaion will be from 6 til 8 on Monday at Allen Funeral Home.
