Victor Smith Obituary

Victor David Smith, 62, of Hurricane, died January 9, 2018, at home. He was born September 30, 1956, to John E. and Laura Jo Neeley Smith. Victor is survived by parents and brother, Richard Lewis (Debbie) Smith. He was predeceased by brother Jeffrey Edward Smith and grandparents, Charles Kris and Myrtle Violet White Smith and Burl and Ercyl Gibson Neeley.

Victor was a 1973 Hurricane High graduate, attended Marshall University and was a member of Forrest Burdette Memorial United Methodist Church. He retired from construction engineering work in Texas.
