Shelvia Jean (Elswick) Baker

Shelvia Jean “Shell” (Elswick) Baker of Cumming, Georgia passed away peacefully

on January 16, 2018 at the age of 81.

She was a proud Mother and Grandmother of her surviving family, daughter Kathy

and son-in-law, Ron Connelly of Cumming, GA; son, Ronald and

daughter-in-law Jacqueline Harless of Parksville, KY and son, Brent and

daughter-in-law, Rose Hodges of Mount Dora, FL.  Grandchildren, Ronnie Connelly,

Ashleigh Connelly James and Mike James; Erica and Kristine Harless; Brenton,

Brandon and Kaitlyn Hodges; Brother Frank (Dee) Elswick and wife Rosemary;

sister Kay and husband Bob Yeomans of Hurricane as well as many beloved nieces

and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvia and Nash Elswick and brothers,

Robert (Bob), his wife Vivian and Nash Jr. (Kermit), his wife Virginia (Jenny)

Elswick. Spouses, William (Bill) Harless, Joe Hodges and Jack Baker.

 Viewing is Friday, January 26th from 11 am - 1 pm with service to follow at

Allen Funeral Home, Hurricane, WV.  She will be laid to rest at Valley View

Memorial Park following the funeral service.
