Norma JoAnn Persinger

Norma JoAnn Persinger, 86 of Hurricane passed away at home on November 7, 2019 after a short illness. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years William Frank Persinger, Sr. and daughter Darla Reynolds.  She is survived by son William Frank JR. (Cathy) of Hurricane, 3 grandsons Jason (Hanna) of Culloden, Jayme (Kelly) of Oak Hill, and Justin (Heather) of Hurricane, 10 Great Grandchildren and brother Dale Fisher of Hurricane, Sisters Bernice Oxley and Betty Oxley of Culloden, Roberta Oxley of Point Pleasant, Linda Sword of Ohio Rita Layne of Oregon and Sue Carrier of Sissonville.
Funeral Service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home Visitation will be from 2 til 3 prior to the service. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery.
