Loretta Lowe Obituary

Loretta Lowe, 60 of Lorain Ohio but a current resident of Culloden West Virginia gained her wings Friday, February 1st 2019 at Cabell Huntington Hospital following a long time illness. Ms. Lowe was born September 29th 1958. She enjoyed being outside, going to the lake and being surrounded by her loved ones.
She is survived by her two children Shelly Lowe of Lorain, Jason Chandler of Coshocton County. Brothers Jeffrey and Robert Chandler both of Lorain, Andy Chandler of WV, John Chandler of Texas. Sister Dianna Coovert of WV. Granddaughters Selena and Clarissa Rodriguez both of Lorain, Courtney Chandler of Coshoton County, Amanda and Aleisha Patterson both of Texas, 7 beautiful great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She is laid to rest by her parents Leo and Elsie Chandler, grandson Joshua Chandler, brothers Richard and William Chandler.
She will live in our hearts forever.
