Leslie Parsons Obituary

Leslie Ray Parsons, 66, of Albuquerque, NM formerly of Hurricane passed away March 21, 2019 after long illness. He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Ruby Adkins Parsons. He was a 1970 Graduate of Hurricane High School and a U. S. Airforce Veteran, He was a retired Police Officer from the City of Albuquerque.

He is survived by his wife Cindi Dobbs Parsons; daughters JoAnna (Ken) Claxton of Ocala FL and Elizabeth (Michael) Shueman of New Mexico; 4 granddaughters Codi (AJ), Kyra both of Ocala FL and Mariah and Kasandra of New Mexico; great granddaughter Medialene of New Mexico, sister Frances (Danny) Johnson, nephews Eric (Maranda) and Nathan, great nieces Mikayla, Samantha, Mahaylee and Amelia.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 on Saturday March 30, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Adkins and Pastor Claude Spurlock officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery with military honors conducted by American Legion, John E. Marshall Post 187. Visitation will be from 9 til 11 prior to service at Allen Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted at Allen Funeral Home to help with expenses.
