Kathaleen Erwin

Kathaleen Erwin widow of Darrell M. Erwin entered her heavenly home on Thursday, January 10, 2019. She was born February 20, 1938 to the late Arnold and Violet Grant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell M. Erwin, her three sons Randy, Rick and Mark Erwin.

She was a longtime member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Kathaleen graduated from Hurricane High School and worked at the Putnam County Clerks office for many years, retiring in 1995. She loved working in her yard, mowing, trimming and keeping her yard looking good. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Kathaleen is survived by her granddaughter, Anissa Powell and great granddaughters Chasity, Ashley and Katie Powell. Sisters Bonnie Beaver (Gerald) of Culloden, Sue Carroll (Gary) of Teays Valley and brother Denver Grant of Teays Valley. Many nieces, nephews and in-laws.

Services will be 1:00 Monday, January 14, 2019 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with Pastor Ron McClung officiating, Burial will follow in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 til 1 prior to the service.
