Jackie Lee Mullins 60 of Hurricane passed away Sunday March 10, 2019 after a long illness. He was a retired Truck Driver and he is survived by Eleven brothers and sisters one son Jackie Lee Jr and daughter Jennifer Bean. A memorial service will be held on Friday Evening, March 15, 2019 at his home.
