Emma “Louise” Farrow, 83, went home to be with Jesus after a long illness on Friday, May 11, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was a member of The Hurricane First Church of God and retired Buffet Cook from 76 Truck Stop. She was preceded in death by her son Danny Ray Blythe, father Andrew Thomas Reynolds, mother Ramie Parker Reynolds, sister Elizabeth Walton, brothers Andrew Thomas Reynolds Jr. Henry Lee Reynolds, Floyd Granville Reynolds and Connie Lewis Reynolds.
She is survived by daughters Mary Ann Farrow of Springhill, Treva (George) Adkins of Culloden, sons Arthur (Phyllis) Forbes, Bill (Polly) Forbes, James (Kerry) Farrow and Steve (Vickie) Farrow all of Hurricane. 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Sisters Jo Ann Mynes of Midway KY, Bobbie Smith of Versailles KY and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11:00 Monday, May 14, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home with Rick McCallister officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 til 11 prior to the service.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Huntington for the care they gave their mother during her illness. In Lieu of flowers donations to Hospice of Huntington are requested.
