Dewey e. McCallister

Dewey E. McCallister 92, of Hurricane went to be with the lord on Thursday, April 11, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife Tressie and his parents Everett and Ada McCallister and 1 brother and 4 sisters. He attended the Walnut Street Church of God in Saint Albans. He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army and enjoy hunting, fishing, and working on lawn mowers. He is survived by his children Rose (Stephen) Elmore of Clendenin and Edward (Joyce) McCallister of bells TN. 5 Grandchildren 15 Great grandchildren and sister Ruby Vance.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home with Rev. Harold Richards officiating. Burial will follow in Valley View Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 12 till 1 prior to the service.
