Deborah Lee Erwin Smith, 60, of Hurricane went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 24, 2018 in CAMC Teays Valley after an extended illness. She was a graduate of Hurricane High School, Retired Claims processor with Blue Cross Blue Shield and a member of Forrest Burdette Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband Rick Smith and daughter Katie (Jackie) Mullins and Kimi (David) Smith, and grandchildren Tyler and John all of hurricane. At her request private services will be held.
