David Dorsey Obituary

David Allen Dorsey of Hurricane, a beloved son, brother and uncle, age 72, passed on from this life on September 21, 2018.

He was predeceased by his mother Joan Allen and many friends. Left behind to cherish his memory are his sisters, Teresa Murray, Jeanie Ramsey, and “Sam” Robson, many nephews, nieces and grands, and a myriad of extended family and friends.

He was a proud veteran and a dedicated 44 year member of Carpenters Local 1207/439 Double D was definitely one of a kind and well known for working hard and playing harder. He was an avid sports fan with a heart of blue and gold.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at Allen Funeral Home.
