Chester Clinton Wood

Chester Clinton Wood 83, of Hurricane, WV passed away August 2, 2017.  He was the son of the late Edna and Joesph Wood of Hurricane.

He was a retired iron worker and a member of local 301.

Chester is survived by his wife Charlotte Harbour Wood; son Chester Cline Wood; daughters Vanessa Adams of Huntington, WV, Mary Lou Green of Piedmont SC.; Grandchildren, Laura M. Kirk, Holly Birkhold, B. J. Wood and Regina Culberson; Sisters Janice Vasper, Janet Hamrick and Kathleen Shrout.

Visitation with family and friends will be 10 – 12 Saturday, August 05, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home with service to follow in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in Sycamore Cemetery, Hurricane, WV.
