Betty Woodard Obituary

Betty V. Woodard, 77 of Milton died Monday, July 09, 2018 in Putnam County. She was born October 24, 1940 to Mint and Stella Sowards Beckett. She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Woodard, a son, and two sisters, and a brother.

Surviving are her six children: Barbara Meadows of Culloden, Bud and Frank Woodard of Milton, Freddie Woodard of Paducah, Ky, Everette Woodard of Hurricane and Hazel Nance of Milton, also her dog Stewart which she dearly loved as one of her children. Five grandchildren, Andrea, Joshua, Jason, Michael J, Zalina also five great grandchildren, Jason, Chase, Carrington, Colton, and Natalie, also very special niece Sherry Taylor of St. Albans.

Visitation with family and friends will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home 2837 Main Street Hurricane, WV.

Service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 13, 2018 at Allen Funeral Chapel with Rev. Don Reynolds officiating. Burial to follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton, WV.
