Wanda Sue (Searls) Rice

Wanda Sue Searls Rice, 79, of Hurricane passed away on April 8, 2024, after a sudden illness. She was a graduate of Hurricane High School; she was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Cass Rice and parents Earl and Zula Searls and sister-in-law Rita Searls. She is survived by her brother Paul Searls, niece, Kathy Anderson, and nephew, Davis Searls all of Hurricane and several extended family members and friends. Funeral service will be 11:00 Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Allen Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Finley officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 till 11 prior to the service at Allen Funeral Home.
